Inezaa provides a digital wallet system that allows users to:

  • Send and receive funds instantly using the internal wallet

  • Pay verified merchants and creators

  • Withdraw funds to supported payout methods

We act as a technology provider—not a bank, financial institution, or money lender.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and truthful registration information

  • Not be barred from using digital payment services under any law

  • Use the Services for lawful purposes only

Withdrawals may take several minutes to 24 hours depending on provider processing.

5. Transfers, Support Contributions & Payments

You may use Inezaa to:

  • Pay merchants or service providers

All completed transactions are final and cannot be reversed once processed.
Please double-check the recipient before confirming.

6. Fees

  • Merchant payments

All fees are displayed clearly inside your account.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Inezaa for:

  • Fraud, scams, or deceptive activity

  • Money laundering or illegal financial operations

  • Funding criminal activity

  • Gambling (where restricted)

  • Exploitation, harassment, or abuse

  • Selling prohibited goods or services

  • Creating multiple fake accounts

  • Attempting to bypass security systems

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination and reporting to authorities.

8. Verification (KYC) and Compliance

We may require identity verification when:

  • You exceed certain transaction limits

  • You withdraw large amounts

  • Your account shows unusual behavior

  • Required by law or regulators

Failure to complete KYC when requested may lead to account restrictions.

9. Merchant and Creator Payments

Merchants and creators using Inezaa:

  • Must provide real, deliverable services or legitimate products

  • Are fully responsible for handling customer disputes

  • Must comply with local business and tax laws

  • Must not mislead customers or take payments without delivering services

Inezaa is not responsible for disputes between buyers and merchants.

10. Currency Management and Exchange

Users may:

  • Hold multiple supported currencies

  • Convert between currencies inside the wallet

Exchange rates are provided in real-time from third-party sources and may vary.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You engage in fraudulent or harmful activities

  • Required by law enforcement or regulators

  • You fail verification requirements

  • You misuse or attempt to exploit our Services

You may close your account at any time, provided no investigations or unresolved issues remain.

12. Limitation of Liability

Inezaa is not liable for:

  • Losses caused by incorrect user input

  • Failure of external payment processors

  • Network, system, or provider outages

  • Delays caused by banks or mobile operators

  • Fraud caused by user negligence

  • Unauthorized access due to shared passwords or lost devices

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
We provide the platform “as is” without warranties.

13. Third-Party Services

We rely on external providers such as:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

  • Mobile money operators

  • Banking partners

  • Crypto payment gateways

Their own terms and privacy policies also apply when you use them.

14. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and features on Inezaa:

  • Cannot be copied, resold, modified, or redistributed

unless expressly permitted in writing.
